SUMMARY

  • Outcropping high-grade lithium hosted in spodumene-bearing pegmatites
  • Located on a mapped spodumene pegmatite across a strike length of 1.3km with an average width of 500m
  • Samples assay up to 3.38% Li2O
  • Spodumene crystals range between 2cm to 40cm in size
  • Drill-ready targets exist along strike.

Overview

The Adina Project is located about 60km south of the Mirage Lodge, in the James Bay region of Quebec. The project area is considered prospective for lithium with spodumene-bearing pegmatite identified at surface.

MTC completed a maiden 10-hole reconnaissance diamond drilling campaign in the first half of 2018 which intersected multiple, well-mineralised pegmatite zones over a strike length of about 800 metres and it remains open in all directions.

The drilling program successfully demonstrated the prospectivity of the pegmatite structures at Adina, intersecting several high-grade zones of mineralisation as well as demonstrating potential at depth.

MTC will focus on defining the larger concentrations of mineralised pegmatite which have similar high-grade characteristics.
