Russell Moran

Non Executive Chairman

Russell Moran has a background in strategic business development in the mining, oil & gas, technology and health sectors and has significant experience in mineral resource development. He is a proven natural resources and technology investor with a track record in building public companies as well as M&A.

He is Chairman of metallurgical coal explorer 3G Coal Limited (listing as ASX:3GC), national dental laboratory group Oceanic Dental Pty Ltd, zinc and germanium explorer Zinciferous Limited and diversified asset management and engineering firm K2 Technology Pty Ltd and former Director of software consulting business K2Fly (ASX:K2F) and anthracite coal explorer Atrum Coal Limited (ASX:ATU).

Mr David Riekie

Managing Director

David is an experienced ASX director at both the Executive and Non-Executive levels.

He has throughout his career provided corporate, strategic and compliance services to a variety of organisations operating in the Resource and Industrial sector. He has been directly responsible for successful capital raising, stakeholder engagement, acquisition and divestment programs and overseen, exploration and resource development, scoping and feasibility studies, production, optimisation and rehabilitation initiatives.

He has special interest in the energy and energy storage sector, primarily through energy storage minerals and commodities with specific knowledge of cobalt, lithium, vanadium, uranium and graphite.

He is an independent Non- Executive Director Paladin Energy Limited (ASX: PDN) and was formerly General Manager – Corporate Battery Minerals Limited (ASX: BAT) and Managing Director AVZ Minerals Limited (ASX: AVZ).

Mr Gino D’Anna

Non Executive Director

Mr D’Anna is a founding Director of the Company.

Mr D’Anna has significant primary and secondary capital markets experience and has extensive experience in resource exploration, public company operations and administration and financial management.

He has particular experience in Canadian Government and First Nations relations in the mining sector. Mr D’Anna was a founding shareholder and founding Executive Director of Atrum Coal (ASX: ATU) which is developing the Groundhog Anthracite Project, located in British Columbia, Canada.

He is currently a Director of 3G Coal Limited, Non-Executive Director of Metals Australia Limited (ASX: MLS) and K2fly Limited (ASX: K2F) and Director of Lac Grande Gold Pty Ltd.

Paul Fromson

CFO/Company Secretary

Mr. Paul Fromson, B.Com, CPA, AICD, is a finance professional who has more than 30 years industry experience, including over 23 years with ASX listed resource companies. He has held a variety of senior positions including Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Director in exploration and mining companies.

Mr Fromson’s resources experience extends over a number of commodities and he has worked on multinational joint ventures such as the Boddington Gold Mine and Worsley Alumina Projects through to a significant gold producer and a variety of exploration companies on projects within Australia and overseas.

Mr Fromson brings extensive experience in corporate matters, ASX listing rules and all forms of capital raising.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Certified Practising Accountant and a Licensed Tax Agent. Mr. Fromson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Western Australia.

Cherie Leeden

Technical Director – Canada

Cherie Leeden a Geologist with more than 15 years’ experience in the multi commodity mining and mineral exploration now based in North America.

Cherie has extensive experience in exploration and resource development, across a range of commodities, in the Americas, Africa and Australasia. She has built strong relationships with battery companies and continuing interest in critical lithium ion battery minerals and in the energy storage sector, specialising in battery mineral start-ups by defining economic resources.

Cherie has led teams in the discovery and resource development of several graphite, base metals, iron ore and coal resources. As a founder and former Managing Director of Battery Minerals Limited (ASX: BAT) was responsible for the discovery of a portfolio of high grade graphite deposits in Mozambique through to a mine development pathway.

Cherie has previously worked for LionOre, Rio Tinto, Strike Resources, Advaita Power Resources.

Cherie holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geology with Honours from the Western Australian School of Mines and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
